Week 8 - Very unpredictable
Submitted by Shack on Mon, 10/27/2008 - 18:52Week 8 was a tough week for most who make sports predictions and it sure caused a lot of headaches. We lost the Arizona (23) vs Carolina (27) game by .5! The main reason being that Carolina had a very bad start.
Buffalo (16) vs Miami (25) - Buffalo was simply beaten by Miami which was well prepared... Nothing we could do there
Hopefully next week will be better. Our football picks will be available again for Week 9 this Halloween night, Friday 31 October 2008.
Tough week for Hockey Picks
Submitted by ShackJr on Sun, 10/26/2008 - 11:54This was a good hockey week (23-27 Oct 08), but how unlucky have I been with my hockey picks?
First, on 23 Oct, I picked the Caps to beat the Coyotes. Well, the Caps will have to pick it up if they want to make it into the playoffs, and they have to win these games against teams that are not considered contenders.
Then on 24 Oct, the Sharks lost to the Panthers. How did that happen? I'm still scratching my head on this one. The funny thing is, the very next day, the Panthers lost 4-0 to the Blues.

Week 7 - Against All Odds

Minnesota (41) vs Chicago (48) - Chicago just sent a clear message to the NFC North: They are there to fight!
Tennessee (34) vs Kansas City (10) - Tennessee remains the sole undefeated team of the NFL even if Vince Young is injured.
NFL Football Picks - Week 6

NFL Football Picks - Week 5
