PickShack's hockey picks was 3 out of 5 this week; not too bad. First lost came on the Canadiens vs Red Wings NHL game. Like I said, Montreal are an up and down hockey team, and the game against Detroit was an up for them. Also, the Wings were coming back from an extended road trip, and we all know what usually happens the first game back at home after a long road trip: a loss. I won the next three picks (Pittsburgh, Nashville and Minnesota), but lost the last one; Chicago at LA.

New England (48) vs Miami (28) - Won - It was a war between New England and Miami. Cassel proved for a second week in a row that he can lead an offense with 400 yards passing. A team record. Great shoot out!

Arizona (26) vs Seattle (20) - Won - Arizona won this game without any problems. Warner is having a great year so far. Maybe even MVP, who knows

Houston (27) vs Indianapolis (33) - Lost - Indianapolis still won the game but we were short of a field goal to cover the spread. As usual, they had a hard time against the run.

Buffalo (10) vs New England (20) - Won - Buffalo keeps taking a drop. The patriots remains a great team even if they are missing their top Quarterback.

Baltimore (41) vs Houston (13) - Won - Baltimore is probably the top team of the NFL along with the Giants. Expect a big matchup in New York next week as two strong offenses and defenses will face each other. Expect a war!
